Where is Stonehaven?

Stonehaven is at 2314 Princess Street, in Kingston's west end. Princess Street is the city's main artery, with Kingston Transit running along it to downtown, Queen's University and the waterfront, and Highway 401 a short drive away.

Forty-five layouts across six storeys, in four types: Studio 453 to 517 sq. ft., one bathroom. One bedroom 571 to 805 sq. ft., one bathroom. One bedroom + den 764 to 1,033 sq. ft. Two bedroom 769 to 1,121 sq. ft., two bathrooms. An i in a plan code marks an interior suite. Areas are taken from the preliminary drawings and are design intent rather than as-built. What amenities does the building have?

A resident club house sits at the centre of the building, designed by Robert Designs. It holds a private dining room you can reserve, a wet bar, and a speakeasy lounge, arranged around a fireplace wall with direct access to the pool. The full list of community and in-suite features is still being confirmed and will be published here as it is.

Are there accessible suites?

Yes. Barrier-free suites are drawn into several plans across the studio, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den and two bedroom types, so accessibility is not limited to the smallest layouts. Contact the leasing team to talk through which plans suit your needs.

How much is rent, and what is available?

Rents are being set now, so the floor plans page does not yet show pricing. Contact the leasing team about a plan you are interested in and we will give you the number as soon as it is set. Current suite availability is on the availability page, which is kept in step with the rent roll.

Stonehaven is pre-leasing and occupancy dates are not yet confirmed. Register your interest with the leasing team and you will hear first when suites are released and dates are set.
